I purchased an item which I want to return. Have now traveled twice from DC to Alexandria to do the exchange, but the store was closed each time despite their official business hours 11AM-6 PM. Today, there was a sign saying that somebody would return at 2:30, but by 2:55 the store was still closed. Seems to be a hit-and-miss chance of conducting business at that establishment.
