      Professor Teresa Ellen Baker, M.D., is a board-certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician who has a combined private and academic Ob/Gyn practice at Texas Tech University Health Science Center - School Medicine. She completed her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern, Dallas, TX and her Residency in OB/GYN at Parkland Health and Hospital System, Dallas, TX. She is the Ob/Gyn residency program director and Co-Director of the InfantRisk Center with Dr. Thomas Hale. Dr. Baker specializes in teen pregnancy, postpartum depression, breastfeeding and promoting preventative medicine.
