Purchased water softner from Sears with extended warranty. Called for an appointment for repair, 4 week wait, received parts delivery only to be told by repairman they were defective. More parts are on order but the next appointment time is 3 weeks out. Sears rep unappologetic basically said this happens to everyone not just you. My last purchase from Sears...ever.
