I went in to get a deluxe pedicure this past week. Not only did I get a regular pedicure the young girl who did it got my toe infected!!! I'm disgusted. Their tools I'm guessing are not that clean. Waste of my time and money, I called in to express to them what happened and nothing. They basically said oh well and hung up on me. Didn't offer any apology, to refund my money, nothing. I will not go back.

Today I had the worst manicure in my life. The pedicure was done nicely. The girl did a very good job. And this guy, the only guy there, on the top of his absolutely unwelcoming appearance and rude attitude, did a horrible job on my fingernails. I had gel nails done and he only was able to glue a few of them straight. Most of them look like they are leaning on one or other side. They are all also different lengths. And the nail polish looks like it was old and if you look on my nails in the light it looks like the polish was very unevenly applied. I don't know if my description was good enough to provide a picture of that mess I have now on my fingers. Will NOT return to that place for sure!!!! I guess they have some favorite clients, those who come there all the time and they might be treating those in a special way. But I felt very uncomfortable even being there. And, btw, it is not my first time, but third time going there, and each time it was worse and worse.
