Advanced Magnesium Alloys Corporation (AMACOR) is one of the largest magnesium recycling facilities in the world. The company serves its customers in the die-casting and aluminum industries with magnesium scrap recycling and alloy ingot supply. Based in Anderson, Ind., the company's three major magnesium die-casting alloys (AM50A, AM60B and AZ91D) are produced according to ASTM standards. Advanced Magnesium Alloys Corporations (AMACOR) plant is ISO 9001:2008 certified and an approved supplier to GM, Chrysler, Ford and transplant automotive producers.
