I developed a leak in the transmission of my 2004 BMW & took it to D&K.

D&K told me they worked on BMWs & did transmission repair. Angel said they charge $95 for a diagnostics.

D&K called me back & wanted to take the transmission out & replace it. I was told they don't work on transmissions. They just told me that the transmission leaked.

I already knew this & could have guessed that I could just replace the transmission without taking it to D&K. They led me to believe that they were a transmission shop. They did no diagnostics. They lied.

I told Angel that I would not pay the $95. Angel refused to give me the keys to my vehicle. He was totally unprofessional I had to call the police out there to their shop.

These guys are the classic bait & switch scam. They will tell you that they do transmission repair & try to sell you something for more repair than your car actually may need. A rip off!

Reporting them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair
