We were very concerned about replacing an 11-year-old water heater on the second floor of our house above the kitchen and living room, especially after another plumber made the process sound a lot more risky and complex than it actually was. Service Pros not only answered a lot of questions for us on the phone, they came and did an amazing job switching it out and getting the plumbing up to code. We couldn't have been more pleased with the work Jaru and Jason did -- they both are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and excellent at what they do.
