my name is gregg ga.from bakersville i know who cares ,lol,anyway i went in to alans to do some trade-in on amps n guitars I GOT WHAT I WANTED!!!!!,I forgot THE FELLOW'S NAME THAT HELP ME BUT HELP ME HE DID AND BY GOSH I WAS BEING A PEST,HE WORE GLASSES AND WAS SUPER NICE,B4 WE CLOSED THE DEAL HE HAD TO GET THE BOSS IT WAS A PRETTY BIGG DEAL" N HE TOLD ME IF I WANTED THE 1ST AMP I THAT I REALLY WANTED SO BAD HE WANTED 90 BUCKS TOO BOOT WHICH WAS MORE THAN FAIR, WELL I BROUGHT THE OTHER AMP HOME DIDNT HAVE THE 90 TO PAY AT THE TIME,SO I CALLED YESTERDAY N SAID DO YOU STILL HAVE THE OTHER AMP I REALLY WANTED MORE N THEY SAID YES! ,THIS IS 3WEEKS NOW MIND YOU, I SAID CAN I BRING THIS AMP BACK N PAY I JUST DONT LIKE ALL THE BELLS AND BUTTONS, THEY SAID COME ON OVER SO IM GOING TO OFFER THEM 100 DOLLARS INSTEAD OF 90 DOLLARS JUST FOR DOING THAT HOW MANY STORES DO THAT 4YA-----,WELL NONE!, REALLY,THANK YOU GRAHAM THAT WAS NICE OF THE GREAT PEOPLE WHOM WORK THERE AND THE BOSS MAN NAME GRAHAM,

Went to look at diamond engagement rings, and I was blown away by the selection, and prices were way below everyone else I had been to. I would definitely recommend. Also, the salesperson was excellent, and had some great ideas.
