Larry Jackson Numismatics has been a family-owned and operated business in the Atlanta area for over 40 years. We handle millions of dollars in rare coins, currency and precious metals annually. We are authorized dealers of the major coin grading services. We offer a vast array of services for our clients including building specialized collections, individual and estate appraisals, and the buying and selling of precious metals. Larry has been featured in numerous publications such as the Bank Note Reporter and Numismatic News for both his contributions as well as his knowledge of the rare coin and currency business. His dedicated staff and industry-wide contacts from 40+ years of business enable him to accurately value and market virtually any rare coin or currency item imaginable. I enjoyed my visit to this rare coins establishment. I will return based on the quality items that I was shown this afternoon. The owner loves his job and I started to love the art of coin collecting just listening to him. He easily get anyone fired up about the multiple options of finding that one rare piece that could make you a millionaire, well, at least pocket a couple hundred bucks by being observant of what you possess, anyway.

Stopped by Larry Jackson rare coins today to learn more about buying gold and silver. Brian was very courteous in answering all of my questions and in explaining the differences in each option. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and will definitely be making a return visit in the near future.
I went by here today to sell my grandfathers coins and had a great experience. Knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Would definitely recommend.
This place is a rip off! They sold me a watch for $3,100 telling me that it was in excellent working condition. Seller, Brain, made it very clear that the watch was inspected and did not have any issues. Well, the watch stopped working next day. They sold me a watch that I could not wear. I have already filed a complaint about Larry Jackson Numismatics, INC to Better Business Bureau. I had to service the watch through Breitling company and paid $571 out of my pocket. I have been lied to. Do not buy from this business! They do NOT stand behind their products! Beware!

Convenience and Knowledge. 2 things necessary to run a good biz. Both are here. You will find what you need and if it's not there, the young staff that were on hand were able to track down EXACTLY what I had asked for. 2 thumbs up.

They are in a small place in the Kroger shopping center, suite 23B. I had a little trouble finding them but they have a huge "COINS" sign in gold lettering so you will see it. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Great pricing and paid top dollar for my coins/gold!

AMAZING - 1 word that sums up my experience with these guys! It's family owned and family run which I liked, and that's hard to find these days. I was very pleased when I learned all that I did about my coins. They were quick to answer my questions and educate me about the coins. I learned so much and actually found myself getting excited about finding a couple of missing coins to make my collection a complete set. They are going to keep an eye out and took my number to call me if anyone came in to sell the piece I need. It's hard to find people who enjoy what they do and it definitely shows that this place has quality, HAPPY, employees! Needless to say, I will be back soon for sure!!!! Thanks Larry Jackson Coins!

I wanted to start by saying that I am glad to see all the great reviews on 1 company! Normally you see bad reviews but all I see on Larry Jackson are the good/better/best reviews I have ever seen!
I was looking for a coin dealer in the Metro Atlanta, GA area and found Larry Jackson in the yellow pages. The store is small but they have a ton of inventory available same day or by the end of the following business day (I was told.)
I am excited that I found a dealer that didn't try to take advantage of me and my coins.

Larry Jackson Numismatics, Inc. is a nice little store in Atlanta (Sandy Springs) if you are looking for an honest, family owned/run business to deal with any gold/silver coins, especially any rare coins. (FYI, the sign in front of the store says "COINS", kind of threw me off a little bit looking for the long name, lol.) I was impressed with the amount of inventory available to me same day. I will be telling all my friends about this place. So good to find a business that wants to see their customers return and that being more important than making a few bucks off them!

I looked the address up in my GPS unit of my vehicle and it took me to a street behind the Kroger. If I hadn't known that Larry Jackson Rare Coins shared the shopping strip with Kroger, I may have gotten really lost. Just know it's in the Kroger Fountain Oaks Shopping Center, 1.75 miles inside the perimeter on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs.
I took an old collection in after reading the good reviews and received the service I would expect. Now I know what all the rage is about.
I am so glad I had some time to kill before I met my maid at the grocery store this afternoon. I stopped into Larry Jackson Rare Coin store and was greeted my a nice young man who was looking over some older coins that someone had brought in previously. He immediately put that collection away to attend to me and ask what I was in for and could he be of assistance. I informed him that I had time to kill and was only looking. It turned out that I must have asked 20 questions by the time I left almost 30 minutes later! He was so patient with me, even though I didn't buy a thing. I told my husband and he later went back and brought home all kinds of older coins! Very exciting.
