I visited Sierra Saw because I...

I visited Sierra Saw because I needed warranty repairs on a power washer I bought at Costco. The ladies at the front counter are great and very helpful. My repair required a long wait (5 months) for parts. The ladies called me frequently to let me know the status of the repair and parts backorder. However, I cannot give Sierra Saw a good rating because of the condition my washer was in when it was returned to me. When I got home I found about a quart of very rusty water covering the bed of my truck (so thankful I did not use my SUV to pick it up). When I inspected the source of the rust I found that the tubular handles of the washer were filled with water and some leaked out during the movement of my vehicle. The only way water could get into the handle would be regular exposure to rain. I take good care of my equipment; so this machine was kept garaged, dry, lubricated, etc. I am very unhappy that I now have a rusty (and who knows what) machine.
