When they came out to my home, they lived up to that reputation. Their sweeps were courteous, efficient and most importantly clean. They where very neat. In fact, the hearth area looked better after they finished then when they arrived. I would recommend anyone needing fireplace and chimney service to use Madd Hatter Chimney Sweep.
