She has over 15 years of experience, she is fully insured, and really cares about the job she does for her clients. There are never any short cuts with Maria! There isn't any job she won't help me with. She has cleaned out my refrigerator and organized my pantry! She is the only person my husband will allow to dust his "StarTrek" models collection! She has field tested many cleaning products to know which work the best and supplies them for you! Her and her staff work so very hard! We used Maria for a number of years. As her business has grown, she has become less reliable and the quality of her services has fallen. We were a 1 X week client. Some weeks she would not show up at all, others she would text and say she was coming on another day. A few weeks ago we got a text telling us we could no longer have our preferred Friday cleaning slot. She moved us to Thursdays. The next week we got a text that she could only clean our house every other week. The following week she texted and said her rates we going to have to go up by 80% in order to cover the costs of new employees if she was to continue cleaning for us every other week. As a mother of young children keeping up with everything is a challenge and I remember one particularly hectic day I sat down exhausted in the rocking chair to feed my baby. I was referred by my mother who had Maria come clean her home. I made an appointment with her to come clean, and she didn't show or call. I called twice, there was no answer and I never got a call back, an apology, or even recognition that we had an appointment and she flat out DID NOT SHOW UP. They came in the day before to take a look at the place and give me a exact estimate which was very nice!
