They are a good service, provide a good service, have always been reliable, never left a mess and have always accommodated me fully. I tip my hat to them and will not utilize any other service as long as they are available.

This is a terrible sanitation provider. Their prices are cheap, cheapest in town. but they say you get what you pay for, I guess. We purchased a 3 yard commercial dumpster from them. There were several times they left trash scattered all over the alley. Bags dropped out and left where they fell, to be ran over by passing cars or for animals to go through and make messes. Then after about 6 months of service- payed on time, each time. when we received our June and July bill, we were charged an extra $40.00. When I called to see what we were charged for, they couldn't tell us. She said it was heavy one day. After realizing I wasn't going to settle for that answer, since we have the same amount of stuff each month. She finally just said weeds. When I told her we have never had weeds in our dumpster, that the only thing we use our dumpster for was cardboard and paper, and regular household tash and that it's the same thing every month, The receptionist Became extremely rude and agitated, and began yelling at my husband and I. She told us she didn't know anything she just charged what she's told to charge by the owner. When unasked her if the owner could contact us than, so we could resolve it (because we weren't and aren't going to pay for something we didn't do.) She said fine. We never got a call, but we did wake up the next morning to find our dumpster gone. These people are so unprofessional, I almost feel like canceling and changing my credit card out of fear they will try and charge it without my concent. Worst trash company around.

I never had service with this company, but we had a unbelievable experience with them. The tenant that lives at my house before me had service with them. When I moved in the trash tote was still here and full. I called the company and asked them to please come pick it up. The lady told me that it should have already been removed. She said she would have the guy come and get it soon. It took them 3 months to come get the tote. It stunk very bad and I was still patient with them. They finally came and picked it up at after 8pm but they proceeded to dump out all of the trash all over my grass by the garage. They never knocked on my door to let me know they were here. I called and asked for them to come and clean it. they said it was my problem and the tote was suppose to be empty. I told here that i never had service with them and its not my duty. Then she said their policy is they would charge me $20.00 plus the removal of the tote. If this is how they treat people that never have service with them I would hate to see how they treat the ones that do. I strongly suggest looking for another provider,.
