I've been going to Skiki for over 10 years. They have the BEST Sushi on Long Island. A MUST to try is their specialty rolls, especially the Christmas roll. And the BEST Garlic Oysters I've ever had. Sushi/Sashimi dinner for two is actually great for three people. Their lunch specials are also an excellent value. The FRESHEST Sushi anywhere.

Shiki is the only Babylon sushi restaurant I frequent. I usually order sashimi and am never disappointed with quality or service. Nelson and his crew have been consistently excellent for the 10 yrs since I found them.

Open Mondays. Nice selection and very fresh. Second best Sushi in town
