I asked for a few simple layers in the front of my hair & afterwards it looked like a 5 year old did it!!! I was completely pissed and they tried to bring the manager out as if that would fix anything. I've been here about 6 times but I will NEVER EVER go back! They use too much heat, move way too slow, and DONT know what they're doing! They will leave your relaxed hair looking like you only have 2 strands! NEVER GO HERE THE ONLY GOOD THING IS DECORATION!!!! Did I mention they always have someone in training who doesn't know what they are doing? The only person who does they're damn job right is Dariahna and all she does is wash & roller set!!!!!

I go to Flow Dominican Salon often and I have never experienced burnt edges... I love it there. They are very friendly and professional! Sometimes there is a wait but it is during the weekend as any other hair salon on the weekend.. You can get in and out on a weekday. I have never had any problems in the last 3 years I have been going!

I went there today and I saw that they are really good . I have natural hair and they did a great job and I will definitely go back .

The salon is very well kept and the ambiance is nice. However, I am dissappointed in the lack of professionalism. On two occasions I have been left waiting in the cold on the street and needless to say the neighborhood is not that great. On both occasions the signs and website said that they were scheduled to be open but the lights were out and no one there to answer the door. I continued to go there regularly simply because the location was convenient and the owner is nice but they also ruined my hair with the excessive amount of heat used and I noticed that other women in the salon had similiar hair damage particuliarly around the edges. There are several salons within blocks of this one...do your self a favor and try one of the others because you will sit here all day long...have burnt hair and pay several dollars more just for ambiance.

Flows Dominican Salon, is GREAT!! I Love it , They did an Awesome job on my hair considering im natural. My hair is beautiful, and it Cheap. The Salon is Clean and Organized, you might have to park on the side of the road. But, its WORTH it. My hair is great, the have Great English, you understand them, they understand you. Everyone should go here. They have daily discounts on different days of the week. They do your hair Right, or they wont do it at all. You will not look Ratchet, all the stylist are great. If you want your hair BONE STRAIGHT, thats how they'll do it, It may look small on the outside, and in a bad neighborhood, But its Big in the inside. They do WALK-INS , they thread. They also have a Website .
