FutureCare NorthPoint has been part of the FutureCare family of facilities since 2007, serving the residents of Eastern Baltimore County and Baltimore city with distinction since then. NorthPoint offers a comprehensive rehabilitation program, with physical and occupational therapists, as well as speech language pathologists, on staff to help patients recover, improve strength and balance, and ultimately return home. Additionally, the facility’s physicians, nurse practitioner, licensed and registered nurses and geriatric nursing assistants are trained to manage some of the most complex clinical cases, making NorthPoint an ideal choice for those who are recovering from medical procedures, orthopedic injuries, or who require skilled nursing care and support on a long-term basis. Wound care management, bariatric care, pain management, and IV therapies, including TPN nutritional services, are available at FutureCare NorthPoint.
