I'm an apartment manager and Durasteam is Absolutely the best deal for carpet cleaning and their staff is FANTASTIC. Chip, Natalie and Brittney are fabulous. Every time I call for an emergency water extraction they're there super fast. They always let me know when it's not worth the money cleaning the carpet if the carpet cannot be saved....I'm sure most of the other companies would go ahead and clean it to rack up a big bill. Tim does a WONDERFUL job as do their other technicians. Just a fabulous company.
