Elite nails actually do exceptional nails, however I was very displeased with the way they handled things. Not only were they rough and didn't properly take their time. The swiped my card twice stating their machine was out of paper and once paper was loaded they had to swipe again (without my permission). The owner stated that it would take a few days for the amount to be charged back on my card. Its been two weeks and the money is STILL not there. Lesson Learned!

Elite nails has mediocre customer service. When I received a full set they failed to remove all the old polish from my nails. Lastly, I paid using a credit card and the price on the receipt was different from the debited amount.
