REfinery opened its doors at its present location in July, l989. We believed there was a need in Baton Rouge for an upscale children’s consignment shop. We were right! REfinery was a success from the get-go. We are proud to offer the best selection of gently worn better label fashions for newborn through children's size 10 and the mother-to-be. We also carry baby furniture and accessories and toys. Our fine reputation has grown. Loyal customers and consignors come from all over Louisiana, Mississippi and surrounding states. If you have wonderful things to consign, we can turn them into cash, fast! If you have expensive taste and smart money, we are the place to shop!

I enjoy shopping for clothes for my nieces and little nephew. They all grow so quickly and finding affordable clothing gifts can be difficult. I came across Refinery in Baton Rouge. Refinery is a consignment shop. At first, I was a little skeptical about buying anything from this type of place.When I walked into Refinery I noticed immediately a nice fresh scent. It reminded me of babies! The wall was full of beautiful girl dresses. They ranged in sizes. Some of the dresses even looked handmade. I was very impressed with the selection of holiday dresses at Refinery. There were different colors, styles and even little hair pieces to go with some of the outfits. Browsing through them was so much fun. Recommended!

I just absolutely love this place because they have the nicest items that are different than many of the other baby stores around. The staff here is lovely and very friendly.

My husband doesn't seem to mind as much when I shop at the refinery.

This is a great little store that has wonderful prices on childrens clothes, maternity clothing, toys, and furniture. Nice staff, inexpensive items, and a better selection than you might think!
