Horrible customer service. When I showed dissatisfaction with the way I was being handled the front desk clerk said: "We would be more than happy to transfer your records to another veterinary," with a snide tone. North Shore has horrible communication and follow through. They are for profit and there lack of customer service training with their front line employees shows. I have taken my business elsewhere as suggested by them because clearly my 6 years of business and on time payments meant nothing to them.
