The new store is beautiful. The girls are so helpful and sweet. My gown is amazing. Very happy experience...

The owner Antoinette was a complete psycho!. TERRIBLE service, unprofessional and RUDE because we knew what designer color and fabric dress we wanted just not the style yet , then tried to convince us to go with a cheaper designer instead. About 8 minutes into us being there she told us we were wasting her time and she's in this business to make money. Apparently our money isn't the kind she is interested in. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. I hope no one subjects themselves to that kind of treatment and literally looks anywhere else!! Go to Nicole's Boutique in brick, you can go in and try on dresses multiple times without purchasing while your SHOPPING AROUND and no one ever makes you feel like trash or tells you that your a waste of their time. That woman should be out of business, apparently she has enough money she can treat potential customers that way! SHAME ON YOU!!! Plus her store is small and has a joke of a selection. I honestly can't figure out how she's still in business.

The owner, Antoinette is one of the rudest, most unprofessional people that I have had to deal with. She can be quite nice before she gets the sale, but once she has your money and you are at her mercy - SHE IS TERRIBLE!!!! She was not able to produce a legitimate receipt because she likes to add on bogus charges (like a fake rush delivery charge) to pad her pockets. She did this to my bridesmaids. AND she laughed and hung up on one of them after they called to ask her a question. I have had the most fun planning my wedding - every vendor experience has been really great- with Antoinette Rose being the one terrible glaring exception. STAY AWAY.

Amazing customer service, really nice salespeople, beautiful gowns, very accommodating. I got my wedding dress, my bridesmaids, and my mom's gown there. Everything went very smoothly. Oh and I loooooved the seamstress, she was soooo sweet!

I honestly would have to say this was the worst bridal shop I have ever been to. The person who worked there refused to help my bridesmaids and I unless we would confirm that we would order our bridesmaid dresses with them. I was interested in AfterSix dresses and asked to see the color book....she said, "Unfortunately I cannot help you unless you are buying with us." All the dresses in the store were focused on prom dresses and the worker was wearing a skin tight leopard dress. Not exactly a classy bridal store. Nicole's bridal shop down the street was much nicer, workers were friendly and unpretentious.
