There are several Chinese food restaurants in and around the area of Bethlehem, PA. The food made by Eastern Palace was so bad, it was not fit to feed a poor homeless person. I hate to be like this, but every piece of food that was brought out tasted like dog food. I ordered pork dumplings steamed, which were brought out with so much dough that they were not edible and the pork inside was a meatball of crap. My husband ordered pork spare ribs, which tasted 3 days old.....if you like terrible Chinese then go to Eastern Palace. As for us, we wouldn't even feed our leftovers to our dog, so one star for serving good drinks.
