Before today, I was only familiar with this company by name. I have seen their trucks and personnel numerous times around town, but I have not needed a wrecker myself. Today I was involved in a traffic accident and Mitchem Wrecker arrived quickly after being called. They worked fast and had the area cleaned up in a short amount of time. They provided me a ride home and answered the many questions I had for them. They put me at ease and guided me through the steps I needed to take to have my vehicle repaired. I wish I remembered their names, but I was upset at the time. Very professional group of people. If the need arises in the future, I would not hesitate to use them again. Would love to rate them at 100 stars if I could.

broke down 10 miles outside town, arrived in 30 minutes of call, rates were very reasonable.
