Good/Bad Experience-- I had a lot of hail damage recently and was recommended to go to Chassis Works to get it fixed. This shop has a history of great work! Jeremy which I think is the owner did my bid and got me right in. Good Experience so far.. The issue I had is when I went to pick my car up there were still several dents that didnt get fixed, my back light wasnt put back in right, and the hoods paint job was horrible. Jeremy was very apologetic and took it back. These issues were fixed very fast and the second time it looked great! So bad experience where as the work should have been done correctly the first time, but good experience in fixing this right away. I would just say in the future even when the shop is busy they need to make sure to overview the car outside of the shop before calling the customer to pick it up.

Chassis Works did a good job repairing the damage to my vehicle, but somehow they scratched my aluminum wheels up very badly. I can't figure out how it may have happened, but I have before and after pictures showing that they weren't like that before I brought the vehicle to them. Even the pictures they took showed scratchless aluminum wheels. Even with the pictures to prove it, they would not replace the wheels, or reimberse me for the damage, which cost me $900.00! DONT GO HERE! They are RUDE, and don't care about their image. I told them I would take them to small claims and they just said "go ahead". This buisness is privately owned by a Billings couple, and so there is no one they have to answer to. Go to a franchise. They care about their image.

If you are looking for a place that really cares about you and your family, you need to call Jeremy and his crew. Let them take the hassle out of getting your vehicle fixed. They are great..
