I recently re-ordered busimess cards and wanted to pre-pay them in order to only have to come in again to pick them up. This was un-acceptable to Office Depot. I was asked if I wanted the "Proof" e-mailed or faxed? my reply, whatever is easiest for you. Next day received call: How do you want to proof them? "Fax". received fax, cards were ok, I acknowledged and approved. Next: another phone call from Office depot "come in and pay for them before we pocess your order. This would have made it trip #2 followed by trip #3 to pick them up. Utterly REDICULOUS. Went to KINKO, ordered, waited fo cards, paid and walked out with my cards!Would I recommend your prining/copying dpt to anyone: ABSOLUTELY NOT!Rating is required: You do NOT deserve even one starfor your performance.
