great experience will definitely used again. i will recommend them to everyone friends and family, i was in the military for year moved over and over a again and they even give me a military discount that means a lot to proudly serve my country. this company deserved 5 stars

BEWARE! A number of my items were very damaged including the apartment building. When I called to report it, the manager was rude and unprofessional. I've submitted a claim, but I haven't heard back yet. Based on the other reviews I have since found it looks like I will be in for a fight. If I am wrong and their claims department actually addresses my issues I will gladly update this post to reflect that.

I had a sinking feeling when I found out on the day of the move that they only accepted cash, but I had already booked my move and took the day off. I was charged $100 for shrink wrap and tape after being told that it was included at no additional charge. I could go on and on, but I've hired many movers in the past and this company was the least trustworthy by far.

hey guys if i could give this company a ZEROOOOOOO i would but i cant lets just talk about the fact i paid for 3 guys a job that would take 5 hrs probably a little more and they actually send me 2 guys so guessed what happend the job took 8 hrs of labor and they made me pay for the time even though its not my fault they only brought me 2 guys i ASKED FOR 3 JUST DONT USE THIS COMPANY they will scam you i read a lot of bad reviews on yelp PLEASE GUYS DONT USE THIS COMPANYYYYYYYYYYYY

Really great experience with these guys they were a few minutes late but they called me in advance so it wasn't a big deal. We have a lot of glass tables they sent me three men to move me for the price of two and they were just great I'm really happy I used this company and I will recommend to my friend who's moving soon. Three guys just came and moved everything I've already referred two friends, so be expecting more business guys, these guys managed all very well. Moving process was so organized, everything packed and stored well. Nothing was missing or damaged. And the final charge was still within our budget. Well done!

I used Thompson previously and they had been satisfactory. I used them for a further move and I have no words to describle their unprofessionalism and slack attitude to my move. With the exception of the actual movers (Christopher and Cody) the staff and supervisors should be ashamed of the business they are running. I was left for 3 hours at a storage unit with 3 young children, no one took my repeated calls and then they cooked up a @mechanical issue with their truck". We later found out this was a lie. They redelivered except they showed up 3 hours late. They then had to arrange a further delivery and when threatened with poor reviews and further disgruntled customers they promised a 2pm arrival. They are still not here. I highly recommend anyone looking for movers to put this company on a blacklist.
