This dealer is a genuine fraud. I purchased a collectible Smith and Wesson m 28 4 screw revolver from him on Gunbroker. He assured me that "This is a truely like new gun!", "This is a wonderful gun and it has no rust or any signs of rust ever being there". The gun arrived poorly wrapped and in 85% condition at best. It was scatched all over, blemished and cold blued on the barrel and cylinder to cover up prior wear and corrosion. I contacted the seller and he stated they just had a robbery in the shop and that the "The gun was like new before it was stomped on!" They never thought to inform me it was stomped on, they just shipped it anyway. Seller then refused to let me return it, stating that- "I am not going to take the gun back as we do not take them back across state lines." This dealer is the most dishonest, fraudulent and moronic FFl I have ever encountered. Do not buy from him. Lance
