Excellent experience, purchased 2009 Jeep Liberty. Salesman Bryan Morrell was experienced and professional. Fast efficient service from Ray Demerali and Michael Taylor! Bryan made what could have been a stressful experience almost stress free!!

The day after our purchase we noticed the rear main seal was leaking pretty bad in our garage after only driving it locally in our town for a 5 minute ride. I called the salesperson and dealership to let them know and am hoping they take care of the issue and that it was only an oversight in the maintenance checklist overhaul they do before the sale goes through. We could not get the vehicle in for a service appointment until next Wednesday the 11th. So hopefully they will honor their word in what they stand for and fix the vehicle at no cost to us since it clearly was existing prior to us leaving the lot on day we purchased. Im sure they will. We will see. They seemed to be willing to help and be concerned there was an issue.

My experience with Road Ready was A+.....from my initial inquiry online,to the immediate call back I received from Ty who set up my appointment and put me in the very capable hand of salesman Elijah Mourning. I was already sold on the car I viewed online but was presented with an even better offer by Frank Pratts. I was very impressed with the dealership, very comfortable waiting area and friendly personnel. Word of caution though....they do try to fatten you up with all the coffee, hot chocolate and confection station. LOL

Absolutely phenomenal used car buying experience. I will not go anywhere else after buying from George (and Anthony). The facilities are simply amazing!!! Elvis + a huge saltwater fish tank + a fully stocked soda fountain setup (candy bar for the kids) + like 400 cars to choose from. Super helpful and friendly staff - no high pressure sales, just the facts. Add in the 150 point inspection and this place is a no-brainer if you are shopping for a used car. To be completely honest here Ivan in finance and George Scott really took care of me , I had a very tough situation happen to me in the middle of the transaction , a family emergency and I feel they handled it exactly right. I recommend any one and everyone go see George Scott in sales and Ivan in finance , I will definitely be returning to buy all my vehicles here , they have a great selection and they know what true customer service is .
