Stains came back. Only one man to do the job we had to move all the furniture. Called today to re-schedule and their phone number is no longer in service! They still owe us a cleaning. Did they go out of business?

Terrible service!!! Had to pay them twice to come clean a bedroom even though it was within the warranty period. Then the stains returned again! My wife and I ended up just cleaning the carpets in the bedroom ourselves, and miraculously, we were able to get the stains out first try... I called the company for a refund of the second cleaning. I spoke with the owner and he would not give me a refund! He offered another cleaning (which is worthless) and a partial refund (really?). Use this company at your own risk! Filed complaint with BBB.
