I love when I am proved wrong. Came in expecting BROS and horrible attitudes. Ended up finding a community of instructors that care and members that uplift. Studio is clean and the music will keep you moving [even when you're cursing out whomever invented burpees]

I�ve been a member at ILKB Bronx since July 2018 and it�s the best thing I ever did for myself. I�ve lost 30 lbs and feel stronger and better with every class I take. The instructors are amazing and never let any of us give up no matter how much we want to. Whether it�s your first day or you�re a veteran, you learn something new everyday and look forward to your next class. Aside from nutrition tips after every class, the pro shop offers a variety of protein snacks and drinks to help in your fitness journey. Clean studio, great music and an overall awesome vibe! Worth every penny.

The instructors help take you to the next level in each and every class and they even provide health tips for you to be your best even outside of the gym. The instructors here are so patient and personable, that regardless of your fitness level they will always help and welcome you with open arms.

This place is the best investment I've ever made. I'll never go back to a regular gym again. I love that every class is a group, it gives it a family feeling, like where all in it together. The workout is killer to say the least but soo much fun. The vibe is always positive and fun!

Every time I go to class I learn something new! I feel myself getting stronger! Instructors are always there to push you through your workout and correct you to make sure you're in correct form!

Signed up for a trial and then became a member as soon as they opened! I'm hooked! Facility is super clean and the instructors are really awesome! Definitely a great workout :)
