I really liked the atmosphere of this salon. I brought my 5 year old daughter with me for a mommy ane daughter date. The total came out to $65.00.. I got a gel pedicure and my daughter got a regular manicure and pedicure. My only issue was at the end when a young lady comes and asks for the tip and I gave a her a tip... but then she starts to say.. "is this for two people?" And she asks several times to the point of public embarrassment. They then proceeded to speak in their native tongue and laugh at me while Im still there with my child. I did not anticipate the price tag to be $65.00 and honestly I did not carry enough with me. This was embarrassing and I will not be returning. They should just charge a basic minimum tip fee if this is the case. I felt humiliated and they didn't know my situation to have it escalate this far.

One word... HOMOPHOBICS!! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional - I'd have a terrible customer experience there.

I went there to get a mani pedi , and left with a toe and nail fungus , lost two nails on my foot , omg my my my . Filthy

Recently moved into the Pelham Bay Area and needed to find a good place for my nails. Well I got a 2 for 1 deal because they do hair too. I had to wait short while (about 10 minutes or so, which is no biggie) for someone to be free for a Mani/Pedi. Sat in to start my pedi first. You get a good view of the hair salon from that angle and i was watching the stylist do there clients. Saw some good hair being done. The girl sitting all the way by the sink is really good. Saw some of her clients end result and liked her work. Thought IDE give her a shot (Got a haircut by her after my nails were done and loved it, who's name is Andrea I found out after a nice consultation with her)So, Jerry did my pedi and he was sooo good. I'm glad I found an awesome spot. Definitely going back.

You can just go to anyone for your hair. Andrea rocks my highlights every time. She really knows what she's doing. I've followed her from other salons. She's so worth it. And if u want good nails to match your hair. You have to go to Coco. Everyone always compliments my hair.

I agree this salon is awesome for hair and nails. Coco is my nail tech. She's the best one and has the best personality in there too. Loula does my hair too. She really has a talent. She is amazing at what she does. If u want awesome hair go to her!

Loula is the best. I go twice a week to get my hair blown out. Everywhere I go people compliment my hair. Love her!!!

I'm VERY picky with my hair stylists, and when my aunt introduced me to Helen in this salon, I was a bit weary to let her near my hair. But she is the best one in there. DEFINITELY recommend to anyone.

Great salon. They do amazing hair. Lula is a great stylist/colorist and make-up artist. Vicki is also really good she has done my hair before.

This is my favorite nail salon. They always do a great job, and I love the service.
