Provided by YP.comI've used Duran's for my BMW and they're quick and reasonably priced. I'll be back every time my car needs a tune up.

Provided by YP.comI have used Duran's Import services since 2006 to service my Volvo XC90, my Mercedes c230, and my Honda Oddessy minivan. From regular maintenance to major work I have never had any issues dealing with them and so far to date I have been a satisfied customer.

Provided by YP.comDont go to this place, very arrogant owner who does not have a clue of what he is doing. I called him on a Wed and asked for hours of service he told me they were open on Saturday to bring my truck in, well I did, I get there and he tells me I need an appointment from Mon-Fri. ! Asks me to leave it over the weekend no thanks I say I'll bring back on Monday. I ask him can you tell me what code reader specific for Land Rover he uses and he gets offended telling me why I'm asking so many questions? It was the first question and I'm a customer I can ask all the questions I want dont you think? He obviously did not have a clue. I even doubt he has the proper equipment to handle Land Rovers he was just trying to b.s his way into charging me for something! Avoid this place that man is trouble and probably a rip off!

Provided by YP.comDon't take your car to Duran's in Brownsville for the following reasons:
1. Bad customer service - They always have a lot of work, but the reason is NOT that they have good service or know what they are doing, it is because they are one of the only shops in Brownsville that service European cars. Not having competition has made them arrogant and they work on your car when THEY want to with no sense of urgency.
2. No clue - I took a 911 Porsche and after 2 months of working on it, they still had no clue what was wrong with it. This is despite the owner claiming to be, or to have been at one point, a certified Porsche mechanic/technician. This caused them to spend a lot of my money on parts that were not needed for the car. By luck they happened to stumble upon a temporary solution and I got my car back, but it started having the same problem about 3 months later.
Do not take your car to Duran's. You will regret it.
