Horrible quality! Paid $15 for shellac and two, TWO days later they are chipping! Obviously the water down their polishes. Waste of money...never returning!

Rude - I'm from out of town and went to have a nail fixed. As I did not get the complete set there, the girl at the front desk informed me they couldn't help me as they didn't have the same colour. When I produced the nail polish from my purse, she then said well we have 3 people so you'd have to wait. I said no problem, how long will they be ill come back. She said we don't take reservations - I said that's fine, how long will they be. She said well I don't know, two hours, but people will probably walk in and then you'll have to wait again. I deduced they did not want my money and left.

To the owner of Kinney's nail. I would like to commend you on your service the first time I came in to your nail salon. I came in about 10 minutes before closing and was willing to come another time. I left feeling so relaxed and I commend you for your excellent services. I came by Friday after work for a refill but you were so busy I told you I would come back the next day. I came back yesterday and did not have the greatest experience except for you greeting me with a smile and welcomed me back even though you were busy with a client. The lady at the front desk greeted me with a frown which was done for all customers that came in after me. I did not feel welcome only felt like I was disrupting her day. The young lady who worked on me was really rushing and stopped to answer a text while she was working on me. She told me to relax and watch TV. After she got the text that she answered she rushed so she could get back to texting. I will only have you work on my nails.
