Took my dog to get a trim.i was not happy with the job they did ,While going home my daughter noticed blade scratches on her neck , it was my first time trying this groomer ,will not be taking my dog again

I was clear how I wanted my dogs to be groomed. The owner went ahead and did a complete shear down which was just the opposite of what I explained. This was not my first visit but will be my last for sure. Grooming costs for three dogs is expensive and the person that pays should get or at least close to what they are seeking. I am used to another groomed that uses a scissors to groom my dogs. This groomer took the easy way out, used the electric shears and took them down to their skin. Yikes!
