I was one of hundreds who bought the Living Social deal and it was well worth the wait to get my initial appointment. My initial consultation was impressive, and my cut & color were great. First time in years that I hadn't had a bad haircut. Great customer service takes time, and Jay and his team at Heaven Salon never rush any of their clients. He personally helped me to look my best when myriad serious medical issues were taking its toll on me. 18 months later I'm still a loyal customer and highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high quality, personalized service.

After numerous attempts at scheduling the salon called my wife and told her the masseuse was ill and they would call her back to reschedule. The salon NEVER called back. Attempts to reschedule before the gift certificate expired were unsuccessful. Jay the owner would not extend the date of the certificate one more week to fit in my wife's schedule. My 16 year old daughter saved for months to pay for this treat, but Jay could did not care. Please shop around; you can get a spa treatment at many places in Buffalo. Considering Heaven Salon and Spa would be a mistake that can easily be avoided.
