My experience with the Spa At The Park Lane has ended with complete rudeness.



When I began going there I thought this place was the Best in Buffalo - had Tammy the owner as masseuse - she is excellent. I even purchased their Eminence products. I also agree with reviews that state other services are not tip top :(



But as other reviews have stated, scheduling is a nightmare ..

I also purchased their Groupons & tipped a generous amount of 20$... ended up a pricy deal, but hey I did what right. Even got my mate to go. The phone messages are full, times Messages are not on, they have never returned the calls.



I purchased 300$ worth of Groupons, managed to get in once, all other times even if I called 2 weeks in advance were not available.



So when do I get to use my Groupons? Never it seems bc they do not return my polite calls and have expired in the meantime.



In sorry to say & review a negative but I would never recommend this Spa ever - they've got my money, hope they don't get yours!

Wow! I have been going to Tami for a massage on a weekly basis since last year. She is amazing, she still surprises me with new techniques all the time. I have started getting my hair cut there too & now Tami even has me going for a pedicure every so often so I can have Beth remove my ingrown toe nails(ouch)! Everyone there is so nice and the salon is beautiful, Tami & her husband Carl did a stunning job designing the place. You will definitely feel pampered while you're there!
