My name is Steve Francis, owner of Francis Social Security Disability/SSI in Cadiz, KY. My company specializes in social security disability benefits application filing. I am a non-attorney disability representative providing disability benefits case services in the state of Kentucky. After receiving my Bachelor of Science in business from Murray State University on May 12, 1990 and passing the written exam for the Direct Fee Payment Demonstration Project administered by the Social Security Administration in 2006, I earned my professional designation as an accredited disability representative. My career in social security disability practice and procedure began when I went to work as a paralegal in my father’s law firm. For the next 25 years, I worked alongside my father, Robert E. Francis, until 2005, his partner, Dennis B. Fentress, until 2011, and my father’s predecessor, Stephen R. Dunn, until 2009. They were all attorneys and nationally recognized specialists in social security disability law and social security practice and procedure with offices located in Cadiz, Paducah, and Henderson, KY. I have assisted with over 25,000 social security disability claimants during my years with these three great men.
