Excellent place to shop. Great sales and discounts and the best part kohl’s cash to earn. Sales associates are friendly and helpful. Manager Bryan is polite friendly and helpful. Store is well organized and easy to access items. Brand new shopping carriages with a cup holder and phone rest also a seat if need for a small child. It also has more room to place your items in while you shop! Overall I give 5 stars I am a very pleased and returning customer!!!!!

My experience at the Canton, CT Kohls would have been a great one had I not received rude and poor service from an employee named John at the customer service desk. I asked a question and was made to feel like I was ridiculous for asking it. He seemed as though he could care less about explaining anything and just wanted me to leave. I thought that the customer service desk was there to help you! This employee really needs to work on his attitude and customer service skills.
