I needed name tags ASAP. My usual vendor take 2 weeks for one name tag - engraved logo on a brushed aluminum finish.



I called one vendor after another and A Action Awards was the only one who said they could complete the job in 3-days. It was spring time when I needed these name tags and apparently every sports league was getting trophies and other items engraved all over town.



Not only did they have them done - they had them done the next day.

How you speak to the customers makes a big difference.

The lady that helped me was rather sarcastic with her answers which made me shop elsewhere.
