I am very disappointed in the customer care as well as owner of this place. I dropped of a comforter on Sunday, March 24, 2013 . The customer service rep was very nice and even waited for us to come in for 20 minutes after they closed (2pm Sunday). We advised that the owner of this comforter will be picking it up , not us. We used our friend's home while they were on vacation and wanted cleaned the comforter upon our departure. She advised us that credit card machine is not working, so we had to pay cash. She also said even though the comforter was king size, she will charge us as queen size only because it was somewhat thin. So, we paid cash $26.00, she gave us the business card so we could leave it to our friends so they would know where to pick it up when they are back from vacation.

A week later our friends called us and told us that they would not give them comforter back without payment or without the payment receipt. I called , spoke to the girl that took our money, spoke to the owner and all I was told is that unless I have receipt I have no proof that I paid. The girl did say she remembered us very well but very she did not remember taking money at all or discussing payment ...The most interesting thing is that owner promised to talk to the manager and call me back, that never happened. I called back yet again and was told that they did not even try to look at the transactions from that day to see if she placed cash into the register....But they are very sure I did not give them money.

So, the reality, the nice customer rep just pocketed money and if I have no receipt, means no transaction took place, especially after I told her that we would not be the ones to pick up comforter as we are out of state and leaving that day....very sad that we happen to run across such a dishonest person ....and the owner and manager did nothing to even check if transaction took place and call me back....
