Ceres cleaners is friendly and convenient. they have handled special needs for me like spots and small repairs. The prices are good too. I'll remain a customer.

Ceres Cleaners is the ''WORST" cleaner I have ever done business with. the owner Kumar not only destroy my clothing but then denied causing the damage and refused to repair or replace the item. I spend a month going in circle allowing him to examine and talk to his vendor and after waiting so long. I called and Kumar refuse to do anything. I will never bring my clothes back to this cleaner. This is my warning to all the people that have deal with this cleaner in the past and to any future people that might be interested in taking your clothes to this cleaner. DON'T USE CERES CLEANERS.

i took a brand new dress from bebe which i had only worn once the plastic attachments on the dress where completely broken and reglued they also placed there own attachments which where white to try and fix there mistake not to mention my dress was purple. in addition i was never informed so i didnt find out until i decided to wear it in which i was in san francisco soo therefore i didnt have anything else to wear. it was a horrible experience i took it back and they promised to fix but the fix was sooo bad i just said screw it and decided to write this review .. so to people out there do not trust this place your better off going somewhere where they do professional dry cleaning.
