Animal Emergency & Trauma Center provides a range of emergency services to the residents of the greater Charlotte area in North Carolina. The center has a staff of doctors, technicians and nurses that specializes in emergency medicine and triage. It also has a staff of veterinarians who are board certified by the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners. It is a part of the Carolina Veterinary Specialists, which offers various services that include surgery, ophthalmology, radiology, internal medicine, behavior neurology and exotic medicine. Carolina Veterinary Specialists also performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in cardiology, oncology, gastroenterology, urology, pulmonary diseases and hematology.
