I have loved renting a storage unit here. I can come thru the gate at 6:30 am. I am an early riser the office opens at 10 am and the main building of storage units opens up at 10 am too. I rented an outside container. It's " drive up" access so I have early morning access. (peace and quiet too). The beauty of EZ STORAGE Chatsworth is one the do not madly increase your rent once you rented I like it's a mild 3-10% that's once a year not like public storage or extra space that gives you a free month then you definitely pay for it by having your rent increased substantially every couple of months until you look at yourself and say WHY am I renting here I cannot afford it ...But you're stuck... Michele and Ivan ( Michele the GM) both are fantastic easy going they have seen it all. "In the storage world" and still deliver great customer service with a smile.not bias or rude to anyone. This is the place to go or at least check first.Best prices. Best value. You don't get a late fee I think until the 20th day. I love the place you will too, Teresa R
