Chesapeake RV Solutions was a breath of fresh air when it came to the poor customer service that I frequently en counter with RV dealers!! They are great and my camper was fixed perfectly. I strongly recommend them!!!! This family owned and operated business gave me the type of customer service I remember as a kid. The owner loaned me $50 for gas because I left my wallet at work! Who does that anymore????? Chesapeake RV Solutions, that's who does!

Don't get ripped off!!! Went to Chesapeake RV for warranty work from referral by Keystone. Tim the owner agreed if what I said was wrong and tech agreed would only charge $35 of $110 diagnostic fee. Fifteen minutes later tech came in showroom and said yup its a cracked water valve. Then he took 50mins to determine he didn't have the right part for replacement. After telling me they have to order part Tim insisted I owed full $110 diagnostic fee. What a joke, it could not have been more obvious the tech ate up time to try to justify charging me. Luckily there were a few other customers in the showroom and when I made it clear it was not my fault he takes almost an hour to check his parts inventory and I just wanted my camper back Tim got me out of the store fast. If the store had been empty I feel sure I would have had to pay to get my camper back. Can you imagine a repair shop that charges by the hour taking 50mins to check parts. No way they are touching my camper.

While headed To the Outer Banks, we discovered we had a Propane leak and stopped at Chesapeake RV Solutions. We were extremely pleased with this family owned business. All of their technicians are certified which explains why they were able to diagnose the problem so quickly and resolve the problem by replacing the part needed which was in stock. The waiting room was comfortable and we were offered coffee. The owner came out and explained what the problem was, what and what was done to fix it. They also did additional checks on the other propane system to make sure it was operating correctly. We would highly recommend this business.

Bought a new travel Traveler - 2011 Heartland Trail Runner - from this dealer. It was without doubt the worst mistake of my life. They seem like a great bunch of people until after you make a purchase. Then they forget they know you or the fact that you have a warranty.

Ben our salesmen worked with us from day one to almost 6 months later before we made our purchase of our 2011 Trail Runner! Chespeake Rv is a no pressure family oriented dealership with only one thing in mind and that is to make you the customer feel completely at ease when pruchsing and completly satisfied. And the satisfaction doesnt end with the sale, it is a never ending . I Highly reccomend them to anyone in the market for an RV. I found the staff at Chesapeake RV Solutions to be very knowledgeable and honest. I was able to get a really nice Heartland RV slightly below my budget! I took my camper out to a local campground that night and found a minor problem. The service manager stopped by on the way home from work!!! That blew me away! That is way above and beyond my expectations. I'm a customer for life!

Great people and great products. I bought my Camper there a few months ago and have had nothing but excellent experiences. They have helped me with all of my RV needs from finding the right RV for me and any additional parts and pieces that I wanted. 5 stars baby!
