My group will never ever dine ...

My group will never ever dine there again. There were 11 at our table of 15 who ordered Prime rib. It was barely warm when served. Asking the waitress to reheat the meat was the only option, however after it was supposedly heated it came back tepid again on a cold plate. Three bites and it was so cold the grease from the juice was starting to form a film. Sides were served well after the main course was served. This restaurant only offered a free drink or dessert but would not take anything off the bill. One lady declared she was not going to pay and they took 50% off her bill so when we asked the manager about it she stated that the waitress did it without authorization. Not true for there on the slip was a manager's signature and we told the waitress if it came out of her pocket to redo the tab. The waitress assured us it was not coming out of her pocket. The argument we received from the manager was pathetic, she claimed they poured boiling hot aujus over the prime rib to heat it, there was no attempt to reheat it any other way or replace the cold meat. Terrible customer service. I would avoid this restaurant they do NOT care about their customers.

Phenomenal cuisine and excellent service. My husband and I dine out frequently and have now added Louis' Chop house to our list of favorites. They can be very busy at times and while I do not like to wait long for a table, Louis' is well worth the wait. Clearly we are not the only ones who have experienced Louis'. It is important that the food be very good but the quality service made the experience memorable. Hats off!
