My dog spent a week--came home well groomed and happy...DS, Chesterfield

Looks fancy from the lobby but the accomodations are less than desirable. My dog came home exausted, skittish, vommiting, dirty, and they sprayed some coconut smelling stuff on him without our knowledge, (and he has allergies) I assume as an attempt to cover the smell of urine. You would think from the inflated prices they would be a lot more classy of a place. But beware, your animal will be kept in a glorified crate, with a full view of the other animals (this is what they refer too as their "2 room condo"). When I called to find out if anything had happened to cause his abnormal behavior I was hung up on. What a joke!
