I had tried to contact the hospital today. I started calling at 8:30am until 9:35am. The telephone just rang constantly. I would not recommend using this phone number.

Provided by YP.comWhat has happened to NWM?? Spend last night and early this morning (9:30pm-5:00am) at the ER on Erie. Problem was a back injury. Sitting in pain for hours was not helpful, and probably exacerbated the situation. Eventually an xray was taken, and drugs were prescribed - an anti-inflammatory, a muscle relaxer, and a pain medication. The pain medication could not be filled by CVS because the doctor didn't have a DEA number yet. Tried calling our regular doctor to see if we could get the painkiller from her called directly to the pharmacy. She said call the ER have them straighten it out. The ER said have the pharmacy call them. The pharmacy said they called the ER already and all we could do it GO BACK AND GET ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION. Seriously - patient care?? Pitiful.

Provided by YP.comOne star. They let my heart monitor go unresponded to for several hours. A doctor gave my test results to a co-worker. A doctor that I told I didn't want to perform a heart procedure, did it anyway. The hospital has not responded to my concerns since 1/23/08.
