On Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at approximately 2:00pm, I visited this store. I entered the store and waited to meet with a sales associate. There was no line; however, I stood waiting for 5 minutes while no one greated me nor said I'll be with you in a moment. There was one associate with a customer and several in the general area; although, no one acknowledged my presence as a consumer. I found this to be poor customer service and lacking in professionalism. At this point I was disappointed, and I left the premises. This store is in need of customer service training. My business was well appreciated elsewhere. I'm open to doing business with Discount in the future; however, not at this location.
