I have used Active Paws regularly for almost 5 years with no problems. My dogs are clean and happy every time. The groomers are excellent and always answer or return my calls within minutes with a couple of rare exceptions around holidays. I did ask about the other review and was told it was by a dismissed customer. I highly recommend them to any dog owners!
