I have been going to the beechmont once upon a child for a few years now. It is overall a good store but, almost every time I go in now things are so disorganized. You can hardly walk through the toys because toys are everywhere. I understand that children sometimes play with the toys and don't put them back but, still I should be able to walk through the aisle. Other than that the staff are usually nice. I have had instances where employees were rude but overall this is a good store to go to!

I have always been so pleased with the service here at the Beechmont OUAC and today was no exception. Every representative was extremely courteous and helpful and the money I received was in line with my approximations. I was in the beechmont ave. store for the 1st time and took in 3 bins of clothes thinkin you wanted nice in season,brand name,some never worn clothes,so i looked around at you stuff to buy,I was shocked at what i saw...pants with hole's, shoes muddy and worn out,clothes written on with pen and marker and toys that looked like they just came out of the back yard ??? and they only took 2 things out of all the bins,so i guess i give the clothes to my boys to rip,muddy and wear-out and bring back in and maybe then you'll take them. 1st time and last time there and not at all impressed....yes i understand they are used but the quailty and price was crazy ...
